Find space and time That you feel safe and relaxed
For this practice
Lie with your feet straight on the ground or with your feet on the ground and knees up
Take a deep breath in and out of your mouth, relax the rest of your body,
Relax.
Squeeze your jaw as much as possible.
While inhaling
Inhale into the abdomen and chest.
Use connected breathing (i.e., without pauses after inhaling or exhaling or stopping breathing)
In the exhale simply release the exhale, you do not have to push or constrict the throat.
Itching or cramping is normal
Use voice and movement to enhance the experience
Let all emotions come out freely
Take time after practice to rest and process the experience.

Limited Offer:
5 Day Bootcamp
First try the recorded practice alone at least 5 times to really get the feeling of breathing work. You can practice while enjoying yourself or not.
Use the same breath connected deep in and out of your mouth, let go of the rest of your body while having love with your partner
Try to focus half of your attention on your breathing and the other half on your partner
Remember to relax and especially enjoy the journey!
