Why do I feel almost nothing in the vagina?
Lots of women do not feel much in the vagina and the reason for this is the cultural environment we live in. When we learn from a young age "not to touch there" or "it's embarrassing", when masturbation is ashamed, when being a woman is on the one hand being sexy but on the other hand being modest ... we prefer to produce distance and even detachment from our vagina.
This disconnect may manifest as numbness or vice versa a strong feeling of pain.
Sometimes in order to compensate for the numbness we will ask for stronger but empowerment will dull our feeling more.
I built the practice into 4 parts to allow you to deepen and acquire these subtle skills gradually so that the body learns to feel and develop a more subtle whisper.
With regular practice you can start to feel in the vagina and even enjoy ... very much.

The most important part of working with the egg is the practice.
Regular practice of connecting to the body, moving the sexual energy and sharpening the sensation in the vagina does magic to our body, it helps us to explore our sexuality and discover our animals and our passion for life.
Regular sexual practice will help you release ancient patterns of shame and trauma so you can find out more about what you love and find the deep pleasure of your body.
